The challenge: Introduce customers to a more convenient shopping experience; drive visits by highlighting the tangible ways Walgreens is making it easier to find products, get assistance, and complete transactions.
The solution: By designing a digital-forward store format with faster ways to find and purchase products, we reinvented the Walgreens shopping experience to evolve customers' expectations of convenience. I developed copy and modules for Walgreens’ first-ever digital screens, which included navigation, education, and vendor partnership content.
Front-of-store digital screens
Education to familiarize customers with new digital shopping options and how to navigate the store.
Pharmacy digital screens
Instructional education for picking up and managing prescriptions. We incorporated product partnerships and content, like quizzes and myth-busting, to engage customers while waiting in line. (Watch until the end to test your suncare IQ!)
